#28 – David Roche would rather be known as a coach than a writer as he downplays his writing. And he’s an amazing coach. He’s led runners to win some amazing races, the latest being Clare Gallagher at Western States. But his writing is pretty exceptional and while some magazine writers just have lost inspiration years ago, David produces great articles each month. He also published a book this year, The Happy Runner. We talked about what makes runners content with their running throughout the years.
