The Pacific Crest Trail is one of the Triple Crown Trails of the US. The Appalachian Trail and the Continental Divide Trail are the other two. John Lu thru hiked the entire distance this year, South to Nouth, or North Bound, NoBo, as it’s called. If you’ve ever thought of doing something big, I mean really BIG, this is the episode for you! Not only did John thru hike it, but he filmed his adventure. You really do need to see his films, they are pretty amazing. That’s how I discovered him. I started watching his journey on YouTube. It’s a wonderous adventure and he’s here to tell us about it.
