Episode 14 – Running Around the World

Running is the great equalizer. You don’t need a team, a stadium and in reality, you don’t even need shoes. Running can be done on nearly any surface on all continents. In Episode 14, I talk to two different runners from two different parts of the globe about their lives and their love of running. Rob Nadeau lives in Northern California and drives trucks thousands of miles all over the western US. Kamal Deep Dham is an engineer and has just released a book called Look Up all about cosmology.

  1. Awesome podcast Martha . I used to run . 12 miles per day . Had a spinal fusion last year . Wanna start running again. Don’t know if it’s possible again?

    1. Thanks!!!! If you listen to Episode 10 – Beginning Running, that will help you start running again. The important thing is to get moving. Start walking 3-4 times a week. Get moving walking and hiking and you’ll soon be on your way! Have fun!
